Ian is doing a HID light upgrade and some heater work and kindly shared some info and pics on taking the light pods out and more info as he sends me it will be added.

Break the seal and remove as much of the silicone sealant as you can – or it will only get in the way later.

The twist the headlight down and back until the nose of the pod will come out of the hole.

Then lift up and twist again and lift it out.
