by Del "seasider I have had to almost treat Engine Mounts as a service item and was getting p d off with changing them. I also moved the swirl pot more central on the cross member to stop the swan neck being cut by the power steering (non-PS idler pulley) if a mount totally failed, this obviously could lead to serious engine damage if not noticed immediately !!!

The damage it can cause. This has happened due to the mount going and the engine then be allowed to move when the Loud pedal is applied. | |
