They're Finally Here! Sportmotive now have there Griffith 7" headlamp upgrade Kit based on the headlamps fitted to the last 100 "SE" cars. You can upgrade the standard 6 " lamps to these Hella 7" which take a normal H4 halogen headlamp bulb so can also be wired to be your main beam lamp as well as your side and dipped beam and because they are H4 you can either go to the standard 60w/55w bulbs or upgrade to 100w/80w bulbs ( note: these might be illegal in some countries).

The kit consists of 2 brand new lamp pods, 2 brand new Hella H4 7" headlamps complete with new fittings and backing bowl, and 2 60w/55w H4 halogen bulbs.

Cost of the kit is £230 in gel coat finish ready for painting or we can supply the pods painted to your car's colour for a kit price of £280 so they are ready to fit which can be done at home, you just need to supply us with your paint code which can be found on your chassis plate.If you do decide to wire up the main beam part of the new lamps we would advise wiring from the original low spot lights up to the new lamps using a relay kit which we can supply for an extra £12 this will allow you to run both sets of lamps on main beam. Upgrade to H4 100w/80w bulbs for an extra £5. Carriage is £12 for UPS or you can collect from us. Fitting service is available call us for details.

These lamps give a massive improvement over the original Cibie 6" lamps and also look better as they fill the back of the pod rather than looking lost like the originals see pics.
The kit DOES NOT include new lenses (but we are working on that!) so you will need to re-use your original lenses which will fit no problem.


These kits are BRAND NEW made to order so please allow 5 working days for delivery on unpainted and 7 working days on painted, but let us know if this is a problem (ie your car is just about to get painted!) as we can work around you.
